Yes. Boxes can be foil-stamped or printed with your logo, and the foam or velvet insert can be die-cut to fit a specific piece. Send your product dimensions and we will recommend the box size and insert.
What is the MOQ for custom jewelry boxes?+
In-stock plastic-core formats, including the LED-lighted PU range, can be ordered unbranded from around 50 pieces. Custom foil logos, prints or wraps on stock structures start around 100 pieces; fully custom paper-wrapped lid-off boxes typically start around 300–500 pieces depending on size; and a brand-new injection-moulded shell starts around 1,000–3,000 pieces per size.
Do the boxes come with inserts?+
Many include a standard foam or velvet insert. Custom die-cut inserts to cradle a specific ring, pendant or watch are available on request and are quoted separately.
What is a plastic jewelry box?+
A plastic jewelry box is built on an injection-moulded PS or ABS shell, then wrapped in PU leather, flocked velvet or leather-grain paper and fitted with a foam or velvet insert. The plastic core is structural — customers only see and touch the wrap and lining. It allows the seamless edges, integral hinges and built-in LED lighting that paper-wrapped greyboard cannot match.
Plastic vs cardboard jewelry boxes — which should I choose?+
Plastic-core boxes look sharper and more uniform, support hinges and LED lights and handle humid retail environments better; they are the standard for rings and high-street jewelry retail. Greyboard paper boxes cost less at entry, allow fully bespoke dimensions and wraps, and suit boutique launches, gift-with-purchase and collections needing sizes no stock mould offers. MDF density board sits between the two for premium, heavy pieces.
Are velvet jewelry boxes made of plastic?+
Most velvet or flocked ring and pendant cases are plastic-core boxes: an injection-moulded shell is flocked or wrapped so the velvet is the visible finish, not the structure. A smaller number use greyboard wrapped in velvet paper; we confirm the core per quotation, and both constructions can be foil-stamped with the same logo.
What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?+
MOQ varies by product and customization. Stock items are available from 50 pieces, while private label and fully custom OEM projects typically start from 500 pieces. Exact MOQ is shown on each product page and confirmed in your quote.
Do you provide samples before bulk production?+
Yes. Samples are available for most products. Sample cost and freight are quoted per request and are often deductible from the bulk order once production is confirmed.
Can I add my own logo or custom packaging?+
Yes. We support logo printing, embroidery, debossing, full-color printing, and fully custom packaging, including OEM and ODM projects. Send your artwork with your RFQ and we will confirm the options and lead time.
What shipping terms do you offer?+
We support FOB, CIF and DDP terms. Orders ship worldwide via tracked door-to-door logistics through our freight partners, with tracking provided from dispatch to delivery.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept T/T bank transfer, plus cards and digital wallets via PingPong. All quotes and invoices are issued in USD only, and payment terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
