Yes. Samples are available for most products. Sample cost and freight are quoted per request and are often deductible from the bulk order once production is confirmed.

Yes. We support logo printing, embroidery, debossing, full-color printing, and fully custom packaging, including OEM and ODM projects. Send your artwork with your RFQ and we will confirm the options and lead time.

What shipping terms do you offer?

We support FOB, CIF and DDP terms. Orders ship worldwide via tracked door-to-door logistics through our freight partners, with tracking provided from dispatch to delivery.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer, plus cards and digital wallets via PingPong. All quotes and invoices are issued in USD only, and payment terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer. Production runs in our own factory in the Yiwu industrial belt — printing, die-cutting, foil stamping and finishing on our own lines, with inline QC on every run. One team handles sampling, production, inspection and export paperwork, and every order ships under one proforma invoice.
