What is the MOQ for custom printed totes?

Blank bags are available from low quantities; custom printed orders typically start around 100 pieces depending on the number of print colours.

What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

MOQ varies by product and customization. Stock items are available from 50 pieces, while private label and fully custom OEM projects typically start from 500 pieces. Exact MOQ is shown on each product page and confirmed in your quote.

Do you provide samples before bulk production?

Yes. Samples are available for most products. Sample cost and freight are quoted per request and are often deductible from the bulk order once production is confirmed.

Can I add my own logo or custom packaging?

Yes. We support logo printing, embroidery, debossing, full-color printing, and fully custom packaging, including OEM and ODM projects. Send your artwork with your RFQ and we will confirm the options and lead time.

What shipping terms do you offer?

We support FOB, CIF and DDP terms. Orders ship worldwide via tracked door-to-door logistics through our freight partners, with tracking provided from dispatch to delivery.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer, plus cards and digital wallets via PingPong. All quotes and invoices are issued in USD only, and payment terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.

How fast can I get a quote?

Most RFQs receive a detailed quote within 24 hours on business days. Complex custom projects may take slightly longer while our production team confirms specifications and tooling.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer. Production runs in our own factory in the Yiwu industrial belt — printing, die-cutting, foil stamping and finishing on our own lines, with inline QC on every run. One team handles sampling, production, inspection and export paperwork, and every order ships under one proforma invoice.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to buyers in 30+ countries. Share your destination country or port in the RFQ and we will include the most suitable shipping option and estimated transit time.
